Waterfront Place

Level 20 - Reconfiguration. With a view to attract prospective tenants, Dexus Funds Management engaged Formula to refresh the twentieth floor of Waterfront Place. Constructed in the early 2000s the interior was transformed to a modern and inviting space that also significantly increased the usable floor space.
The scope included a major increase in workstations to match the existing (NLA) units, face lifts to the main “café” meeting space and pantry/kitchen, demolition of a range of meeting rooms, services modifications, painting and a complete re-run of all data and comms services under the access floor to all work points.
Managing the other trades to work concurrently during the access floor works required skilled programming. Providing dynamic FFE advice to client as alternate design schemes were discussed and modified as the works progressed also added a dimension to completing the project on time.
