The Brisbane office of this multinational company relocated to the newly constructed 480 Queen Street, occupying levels 20 to 23.
Formula was appointed as the construction manager (including design manager) and fitout contractor for the project.
The space was divided into office floors on Level 20 and 21 and co-creation and office floor on Level 22. These floors were designed predominantly for staff use, featuring open plan offices, varied meeting rooms, staff kitchen, reconfigurable multifunction space / lecture rooms, storage facilities, comms rooms, mail room, staff amenities including unisex accessible shower and toilet, first aide, carers and reflection rooms as well as a staff games room.
Level 23 is the showpiece of the fitout and acts as the client collaboration and innovation space featuring concierge and waiting lounge, numerous meeting rooms, reconfigurable function spaces, commercial kitchen and bar, amenities and comms room.
Formula successfully completed the project, working closely with Grocon and Dexus to manage all site issues including noisy works and complicated deliveries within the occupied building.
Formula achieved priority completion of comms facilities allowing the client’s IT team to commence installation prior to final handover.
