SCOPE Formula was engaged to undertake the demolition and refit of Gadens front of house areas, including reception, boardroom, client and internal meeting rooms and library. The office remained occupied for the duration of construction.
PROJECT Formula implemented a number of strategies to avoid disruption to Gadens, including temporary reception and signage constructed prior to primary works commencing, along with the installation of hoardings to safely accommodate demolition works.
An additional complication was discovered during the removal of existing floor finishes, whereby the sub strata required substantial levelling and grinding to prepare for the new luxury finishes.
Formula completed the works outside of hours and in two stages to minimise disruption to Gadens.
