Carmel Rayment celebrated her 10th anniversary as a Formula alumni in February – however her history with the company goes back to 1982 when the company was first formed.
Barely a girl out of school when she joined as the first employee of the then new business, Carmel put in a near decade of service to the company as well as finding married bliss with a co-worker.
After a break to start and raise her family, Carmel decided she missed the excitement of the industry and came back to start her second decade-long stint with the business. Often the first voice you hear or face you see at Formula HQ in Brisbane, she has done virtually everything in the company over the years with perhaps the exception of project managing site works! Well done Carmel – here’s looking forward to the next 10 years
