Scope:Refurbishment and fitout of the Mater Corporate Services Building (Original Mater Mothers Hospital). Levels 4, 6 & 7 are now commercial office spaces with executive offices, large workstation clusters, meeting room facilities, new kitchens and breakout areas. New pairs of PWD toilets have also been completed on each floor. Level 3 has been fitted out as a fully operational laboratory specialising medical pathology services. The buildings fire hydrant and booster assembly was fully upgraded and a diesel hydrant pump was also installed to maintain pressure. The buildings transformer was upgraded due to the load increase of the fitout and a new main switchboard was also installed to power the entire building. All new comms rooms were built with new data cabling throughout the fitout. All power cabling was replaced and new submains and sub boards were installed on each floor.
