Kent Institute

PROJECT: The Kent Institute required a new, state-of-the-art campus to support their students journey to become leading IT and business professionals.
Formula provided the full make good of the former premises as well as fitout of the new office and teaching environments. Spaces included reception, administration and offices, server room, meeting and boardrooms, breakout spaces, IT labs and teaching spaces.
The facility underwent ‘change of use’ (commercial to educational), requiring an upgrade to the existing fire system. A new fire engineered solution was developed and implemented, including a major upgrade to the building fire hydrant system and condenser water pumps.

“Overall, Formula completed an exceptional job despite many difficult aspects including variations, programming and a challenging deadline. Andrew and his team remained focused on the project and were always one step ahead, this was proven with a handover on the final day as promised.”
