Gary McDonell
Chief Executive Officer
Gary McDonell commenced with Formula Interiors in 2008 and has over 24 years management and business ownership experience. In his role as Formula Interiors CEO, Gary’s primary focus is on staff management and development, client relationship management and ensuring that the company realises its vision to consistently provide unrivalled levels of customer service and quality in the delivery of commercial interior products and services.

John Rayment
General Manager QLD / WA
John Rayment has spent the majority of his working life in the construction industry having built his own very successful construction and building maintenance company. John’s business, S360, was acquired by Formula Interiors in 2008 and he now fills the role of General Manager QLD/WA. His detailed knowledge of the commercial interiors construction process makes John a very valuable asset and has seen him lead some of the largest commercial fit out projects in Queensland.

Barry Oates
General Manager VIC / SA
Barry has in excess of 36 years experience in the construction industry and commenced with Formula Interiors (formerly Eveready Partitions) in 1986. Barry has successfully delivered some of the most complex and time constrained projects undertaken by the company. His attention to detail and client liaison skills have proved to be an invaluable asset to Formula Interiors. In February 2008 Barry was promoted to General Manager of Formula Interiors Victoria and oversees all facets of the Victorian business.

Keith Sheppard
General Manager NSW / ACT
Keith has over 20 years of experience in project and construction management working with corporate clients across Australia and internationally. Prior to joining Formula Interiors as NSW General Manager, Keith ran his own business and was a National Contract Manager with Lend Lease. Keith specialises in working with the clients, building teams to match client needs and providing innovative and effective solutions to issues and problems.

Craig Alcock
National Maintenance Manager
Craig Alcock commenced employment with Formula Interiors in 2011, having previously worked at Programmed Group for 14 years. He has a rich knowledge of the construction industry and understands that providing customers with new commercial office accommodation is only the beginning of the client relationship. Craig is focused on managing Formula Interiors' maintenance division by offering ongoing maintenance support to our clients.
