General Manager
John has a very simplistic approach to running the Formula Interiors business - get the job done on time, on budget and when the client needs it. This philosophy and his belief in honest, hard work has seen him rise through the ranks of construction and joinery roles to today, run one of the most innovative and well regarded fit out, construction and maintenance businesses in the sector. A great believer in surrounding himself with people better than himself at specialised roles, he has collected a no-nonsense team around him that promise to deliver exciting solutions to the sector.

Director
Peter commenced his workin career with the State Government. After leaving the Government he has had significant experience in constructing houses, units and commercial fitouts. He commenced with Formula as a fitout carpenter 25 years ago. After 5 years he was project managing special projects such as BHP, Clayton Utz, Veteran Affairs, Ernst & Young and many others. Peter has been a Director of Formula for the past 5 years. His main focus is to deliver projects to the clients' satisfaction.

Construction Manager
Jasen has a highly motivated client facing approach that places great emphasis on fully understanding the clients business and their aspirations to ensure that the best outcome is achieved. He promotes partnering principles developing good working relationships with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers. Financial Controller
Daniel was recruited in 2004 from a private accounting firm where he spent 5 years gaining experience on the preparation of financial statements, completion of Business Activity Statements and the preparation of budgets and cash-flows. Daniel is responsible for managing all the finance and administration aspects of Formula Interiors.
Daniel has an MBA, Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of International Business and is a Justice of Peace (Com Dec).

Senior Project Manager
Paul commenced with Formula as an onsite Carpenter/Foreman back in 1990 after working as a Contracts Administrator with Graham Hall Downer Constructions. After 4 years of on-site building, co-ordination and site supervision, it was a simple transition to progress into the Project Management role. Paul has proven to be more than capable of completing projects on time and on budget whilst working with the Client, their representatives and the design professionals. Experience has been gained over the years on varying projects with ever changing methods and client requests from initial design to the final product.

Project Manager
Troy has been with the Formula Interiors team for nine years now and is a valued member of the organisation. Whilst Troy is a hard working Project Manager, he also represents Formula Interiors as a Green Star Accredited Professional. With experience in Government, medical and private sector fit outs, Troy is capable of managing a myriad of projects, from the very basic to the very complex. Troy is client-focused and is able to adapt well to scope/design changes during the construction phase. Troy has great working relationships with staff from various Brisbane based design houses, including HBO+EMTB, Identiti, Geyer, Hassell, Forrest Architects & Smith Madden Architects.

Project Manager
Jeff has been in the construction industry for over 30 years beginning as a carpenter/cabinet maker in Victoria. He moved to Queensland in 1994 and started commercial fitouts and he subsequently moved into the rank of Project Manager in 2001. He completed his Diploma of Project Management in 2007 and is now a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and a Registered Project Manager. Jeff brings with him a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of the industry from tendering to handover. His practical and straightforward approach to project management ensures that the job is done to the client's complete satisfaction every time. On the weekends, Jeff loves watching AFL and taking his boat out on the river.

Senior Estimator
Shane is in the role of Senior Estimator and brings with him, many years of industry experience to the position. Anyone who may have come in contact with Shane in the past will know his professionalism and commitment to client service is an excellent fit with our mission. Shanes’ personality drives his attention to detail, and he likes to get it right the first time. This inclination is ably assisted by over 20 years of industry experience that involved work in timber sales, joinery, manufacturing and estimation.

Project Manager
Lloyd has had a varied career in the public and private construction sector from the engineering, civil, commercial and fitout perspectives. He has significant background in QA, WH&S and Project Management. Beginning with Formula Interiors 11 years ago, Lloyd has managed Special Projects including significant infrastructure at Tarong Power Station, medical fitouts at Logan Hospital, Holy Spirit Northside, St Andrews, Redlands and numerous other specialist medical centres. Lloyd's adaptabliity, flexibility and capacity to address specialist needs are a particular skill that is sought by clients in high end technical and professional fitouts.

Apart from his time “on the tools” Gary has had extensive experience in all facets of shop fitting and commercial fit out, in his career. He has spent over 20 years in joinery and his site experience and management of crews has enabled him to deliver outstanding results in this exacting sector.

Site Co-ordinator
Alan started with Formula Interiors as a carpenter 26 years ago and moved into the office to be trained as a project manager 6 years ago and now he mainly runs the projects on site as Site Manager/First Aid officer. Alan also looks after our apprenticeship scheme, which we have at present 3 carpenters and 3 plasterers. Alan has a good working relationship with architects and designers in the internal fitout industry. He takes pride in completing his project within the designated time frame.

Project Manager
Wade joins Formula Interiors as a project coordinator as we strive to ever improve our project delivery to clients. Wade comes to us with over twenty two years experience in the commercial fitout industry. Since starting in the business he has been self employed and very hands on. Wade has worked on many of Brisbane City’s landmarks and developments over the years. Behind the scenes he has been quietly gathering formal qualifications; Diploma in Project Management, Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace training as well several other relevant qualifications. Wade enjoys his role at and is focused on delivering a finished product that surpasses his client’s expectations.

Environment, Safety & Admin Officer
Jon has worked within the office fitout arena in various disciplines for the past 11 years. Commencing in officer furniture systems, Jon has been involved in floor coverings, Telecommunications, Audio Visual and Teleconferencing prior to joining the team at Formula. Jon's outgoing and approachable manner compliments his ability to communicate the importance of health & safety to all stakeholders. With a strong dedication to Health & Safety, Jon's priority is to increase the awareness as well as promoting positive working relationships with all stakeholdes of the Company.

Nearly everyone knows and loves Suzanne! Suzanne joined us late 2003 and is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when you call and say you need a maintenance issue dealt with fast. She is renowned for bubbly personality and prior to joining us had extensive experience in call centres and the electrical services industry – which is why she is our “bright spark”!

Victorian Manager
Barry is responsible for our New South Wales operations and has been with us since 1986. His experience in all facets of project management from initial briefing through to final handover means he is responsible for all communication between the client, architects, contractors and site personnel including financial and time monitoring, issuance of instructions, variations, progress payments and claims. Barry's leadership, innovative style and commitment to client service have resulted in significant growth and recognition of our organisation as one of Australia's leading fitout, refurbishment and maintenance specialist. Some of the more notable projects Barry has been responsible for include The Age, Department of Social Security, DMG Radio (Nova 100 and Vega 91.5 and Australian Taxation Office (World Trade Centre).
Victorian Sales & Estimating Manager
Richard has a wealth of experience covering a variety of projects having started with us in 1982 as an apprentice carpenter. Richard's consistent and detailed attention to every project, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, and project delivery saw him progressing from a Project Planner, Project Manager and finally to the position of Sales Manager. Through the years, Richard has gained a wealth of industry knowledge which enables him to provide our clients with budgets, accurate pricing, design assistance and construction programs. His attention to detail and his commitment to deliver the best possible solutions for our clients sets the standard for our company's performance.
